Food is Energy
The Six Tastes of Nature
Our values of cooking are based on Ayurvedic principles.
Ayurveda teaches that all six tastes should be eaten at every meal for us to feel satisfied and to ensure that all major food groups and nutrients are represented. By learning to listen to our taste buds we can ensure a balanced diet.
